What uli stores while you test it, who can read it, and when it is deleted. Read this before you upload anything. If a line does not suit your data, do not upload that data.
The alpha runs on one Mac that Wisdom Okechukwu rents and controls. Your training data stays on that Mac only while your job runs, and is deleted when the job ends. The one exception is a system message your rows share: it stays with your trained model. The person running the Mac can read data on it while it is there. Only upload data you are allowed to share on those terms.
| Your training file | On the rented Mac until your job ends (succeeded, failed or cancelled), then deleted. Your job record shows it as deleted. |
| Training checkpoints | Deleted when your job ends. |
| Your trained model | Kept until the end of the alpha, or sooner when you ask. |
| Your shared system message | If your rows share a system message, it is kept in your job record and with your trained model, and added to every chat to that model that brings no system message of its own. Kept until the end of the alpha, or sooner when you ask. |
| Your job record | Name, settings, progress, grading results and any shared system message. Kept until the end of the alpha, or sooner when you ask. |
| Your tester key | Never stored. The hub keeps only a fingerprint of it. |
| Your chat messages | Passed to the training Mac and answered. The hub keeps no copy. |
| Usage counts | How many jobs, examples, tokens and requests, how long they took, and grading scores. Never the content of your data, prompts or answers. Kept until the end of the alpha. |
Reply to your welcome email at any time, and your models, job records and key are deleted. Training data, apart from a shared system message, is already gone once each job ends.
